By the nature of the Day of Resistance
Rally and its location, 2E is hereby notifying local business of its intentions
on 2/23/13. We hope this will improve the awareness and less calls to local law
enforcement. We still have not received a reply email from the city manager
with validation on how far the city council is pushing hold on events but we
will not allow city council to keep us from protecting OUR rights.
2E is now starting the permit process, we have called and started the
discussion, next week i'll be visiting the capital to review the grounds
and possibly negotiate future locations. The DES is really wanting us
to have the rally so they are working with us to get this done. If you

OK attention everyone, we are in a pit right now, 2nd Enforcers is taking lead on the Feb 8th rally. I need everyone who is needing to be involved in the discussion and action plan to email people@2ndenforcers.org this is now classified as a strategic task and the state division handling the permits is willing to work with us.
