By the nature of the Day of Resistance
Rally and its location, 2E is hereby notifying local business of its intentions
on 2/23/13. We hope this will improve the awareness and less calls to local law
enforcement. We still have not received a reply email from the city manager
with validation on how far the city council is pushing hold on events but we
will not allow city council to keep us from protecting OUR rights.

Greetings Kirkland Business,2nd Enforcers (2E) is organizing a Pro-gun
Rally 2/23/13 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Kirkland, WA on the cross street of
Central Way and 3rd st. January 16, 2013, President Barack Obama issued 23
executive actions against your 2nd amendment Constitutional right to bear arms.
He did this without the consent of Congress which in itself, violates the
foundation of the Constitution and the co-equal branches of government. In
response to these unconstitutional actions by the President, on .223, February
23, 2013 the American people will stand together in defiance to protect the
right that protects ALL of our rights, the 2nd Amendment! Following State and
Municipal Code guidelines citizens will be open carrying firearms. This will be
of no concern as we have had many rallies on the state capitol with no issues
concerning the carry of firearms by lawful citizens. We are notifying you to
keep you in the loop and are open to speak with you if you have any concerns.

We the people will not allow our arms to be
infringed, we will not allow it.
